For T
I forgot to tell you, T, when Industrial Strength Dean went diving, he also found the whatchamacallit pole and thought it was interesting enough to bring to the surface as well. There’s a reason I like him! Anyway, he has a friend who’s into old weird things and will now have this to add to his collection.
And I must also mention that I have a killer flip-flop tan. That definitely means I’m having a great summer!
Tony, I missed the daily picture with getting KJ back from charter! But thanks for sharing the peavie link. Who knew? I learn something from you guys every day!J
I was told that there is only one thing that will stop you one) running your attitude! and they were right My chest infection has nearly gone and the time is fast approaching when I will have to get back to it ( from square one :o((—) Ho Hum I was thinking of swimming but then again first things first get a little fitter with running then Maybe swimming! there I go again Excuses Tee Hee!!! ;o)))))
Voila, Rob! No problem at all ~ I’d miss your comments, so don’t go anywhere! (PS Running will start soon ~ KJ is on charter for 2 weeks and life is just not organized. Plus I need good shoes…ah, the excuses!)
Sorry to post without comment but I think I have been banned from most of my commenting? and just trying to see if I can get through to yours :o)) Rob
I`m only joking!:o)) and I am sure that the crumbie is called that for exactly the reason you state :o)) or perhaps the crumbs from the sandwiches they take with them on the long journey from the camp to the logging site ?
No, the pole is called a peevee. Well that is what the loggers call those.Loggers have lots of strange terms for things that seem illogical. For example, why are the big crew trucks called “crumbies”? Because at the end of the day, with all those smelly loggers inside of them it smells pretty crummy? Perhaps.
I take exception to that comment Tana! I certainly am not :o))
