Back To The Big City

We are permanent Seattle-ites! Though we’ve been down here for a few months, it was always on a temporary basis and I kept my moorage in Everett. But life pushes you in new directions (some people more frequently than others!) and it’s evident that this is where we need to be on many levels. Running six pack charters out of Lake Union is a much more likely scenario than up in Everett and this cuts Brock’s commute to nothing. Literally, some days. There are times he never leaves the dock except by water. And it makes me happy to make his life easier and happier in every way.

I understand now! that has to be so good, (as you said) without all that travel etc. May I take this opportunity to wish you all the best on your now permanent mooring, I guess that it will be a “smigeon” less cold too,in the winter? I guess that the full year billing situation will be more economic rather than the monthly ones?much luck and heaps of hapiness to you both

Rob, we’ve been in Seattle for the summer, but only on a “temporary” basis and I’ve continued to pay for moorage 30 miles north of here. Now we have permission to be here in Seattle permanently, so I’ve given up the other location. It’s good!
