Happy Valentine’s Day

Came home to a table full of Love from Brock tonight. Nity made me an awesome Valentine too. Luckiest girl in the world, that’s me!

We went for a little dinghy ride around the lake earlier today and saw one of my favorite boats out there, Argonaut II. She’s one of the nicest kept wooden boats out here. It was particularly good to catch a glimpse of her hull. I’ve been thinking about changing KJ’s hull on the next haulout. I love the dark green look, but it’s a major change. We’re playing around with pictures of her to see how she would look. I’m really liking the idea so far.

You two!! What will I do with you? Change can be a good thing…yes, I think she’s beautiful too, but I have pictures from an earlier era when she had a different color hull and she’s just as lovely. We’ll see :)

Ahhhhhh! well done Brock, what a guy! with regard to the hull colour! do it the time after next time, just move the furniture about for now :o))anyway next year you will prefer black, or blue and wish you hadn`t spent all that time and money on her!I buy what ever antifoul i can get that is good and cheap no matter what colour, some years its red others blue, but it makes sure that I get gould coverage each year. Boat colours don`t really matter to other people, only you. I think that KJ looks great just as she is :o)) does that help with your descision? :o)) Yea!!! I know paint it green :o((
